Greetings!
As an anthropologist, designer and bean to bar chocolate maker I love sharing stories.
My passions have led me to study fine art in Florence Italy and cultural anthropology in Guadalajara Mexico. A fascination with design and history took me to Tokyo Japan where, for five years, I immersed myself in stories from origin and sourcing. Working alongside a family of brewers at a farmhouse outside of Copenhagen Denmark, my love for artisanal branding blossomed. At the foothills of the Rocky Mountains, my family and I built a chocolate company and for a decade we operated out of 26' micro factory, transforming it into a mobile boutique for in person sales. It was my honor to design the brand including the website, social content, merchandising & product packaging.
