The Client
IATCS is a multimedia artist working with 'found' images and internet searches using keywords generated from memories of her past. From these she composed digital collages which were later animated using musical parameters. Her video work consists of deep sea photography transformed into video footage by triggering movement with modular synthesis. There is also a collection of time-lapse video footage from travels in Japan.
The Challenge
The artist wanted a presentation that would remind the visitor of being in a dark gallery space. She wanted it to feel like opening night and that each person who visits the website would be joining her at the exhibit. This was a fresh website build without any previous structure or branding. it was also important to her that the format was simple enough to add ongoing work independently.
